The Free Service has an unlimited PERIOD OF SERVICE. It commences immediately after successful registration.
PAYED SERVICES
The PERIOD of the Payed Services (Link Service and the Link Service plus) is 12 months commencing with receipt of the complete payment of the SERVICE FEE via PayPal. After successful registration our OFFER TO THE SERVICE AGREMENT is deemed accepted by the customer.
After 12 months the SERVICE AGREEMENT renews automatically for another 12 months. Corresponding to the renewal the SERVICE FEE will be charged for the following 12 months. (recurring payment) In case of there's no ability to charge this service fee or the service agreement has been cancelled, the SERVICE AGREEMENT is terminated after the end of the PERIOD OF SERVICE, and all SERVICE DATA will be deleted by restaurant-e-guide.com.
TERMS OF PAYMENT

The Free Service is free of charge.
PAYED SERVICES
All other payed restaurant-e-guide.com service-accounts are setup on anniversary billing cycles. Your particular billing cycle corresponds to the contract length of 12 months. Your account will automatically re-new at this length.
The SERVICE FEE will be charged anually for 12 months in advance. The payment of the respective SERVICE FEE in the respective amount presented on this WEB SITE or any other offer by restaurant-e-guide.com can be made via PayPal only
All Payed Service Accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. All payment is in U.S. currency.
restaurant-e-guide.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon.
restaurant-e-guide.com and e-deas.de will not collect or recieve any of your credit card information or billing details. To ensure the securest method of payment, e-deas.de has partnered with PayPal.inc (www.paypal.com). The customer has the opportunity to login to his configuration menu via the "Client Login" on our WEB SITE. In the configuration menu the customer has the ability to enter, modify and update the SERVICE DATA at any time and as often as required.

LIABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
Every customer is responsible for providing complete, correct and accurate data and information.
In case of considerable and proved inaccuracy of the data/information provided by the customer, as well as abuse of services, restaurant-e-guide.com reserves its right to cancel all SERVICE DATA regarding to the respective business completely in case a warning letter/email of restaurant-e-guide.com had no success.
restaurant-e-guide.com will not make any new OFFERS TO A SERVICE AGREEMENT to those customers.
LIABILITY OF restaurant-e-guide.com
restaurant-e-guide.com is liable for direct damages as a result of incorrect presentation of data only in case of intent and gross negligence. restaurant-e-guide.com is not liable for any indirect damages.
WITHDRAWAL
The customer can withdraw from the SERVICE AGREEMENT in respect of a 20-day-period before regular termination of the PERIOD OF SERVICE by notifying restaurant-e-guide.com in written form (Email). There is no refund of an already paid SERVICE FEE. The SERVICE DATA may be deleted.
PRIVACY
The customer acknowledges that all SERVICE DATA concerning his catering trade business will be presented to the public via the internet. restaurant-e-guide.com can not guarantee that no commercial use of the presented data will take place. restaurant-e-guide.com assures that all data and information regarding the customer are subject to our privacy policy and will not be forwarded to third persons except SERVICE DATA according to the first paragraph.

APPLYING LAW
German Law applies exclusively to the complete primary and secondary contractual relationship between restaurant-e-guide.com and the customer.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for lawsuits resulting from the contractual relationship is Munich / Germany.
